Fur Love subscriptions - Terms and conditions

These Subscription Terms apply to all subscription purchases made through The Fur Love website (www.thefurlove.com). By purchasing a subscription product, you agree to the terms outlined below in addition to our general Terms & Conditions.

1. Subscription Overview

When you purchase a subscription product from Fur Love, you agree to receive recurring deliveries of the selected product at the price, frequency, and schedule you choose at checkout.

Subscriptions are managed via our subscription partner Appstle and are billed automatically unless paused or cancelled in accordance with these terms.

2. Billing & Payments

Your payment method will be automatically charged at the agreed price and frequency shown at checkout. Charges will occur prior to each shipment.

Subscription prices include a subscription-only saving, which is applied automatically. Discount codes do not apply to subscription purchases

If a payment fails, we may retry the charge. If payment cannot be processed, your subscription may be paused or cancelled until payment details are updated.

3. Subscription Changes

You may manage your subscription at any time through your customer account, including:

  • Changing delivery frequency
  • Updating shipping address or payment details

Changes must be made before the next scheduled billing date to apply to the upcoming order.

4. Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time via your customer account, provided cancellation is completed before your next billing date. Once an order has been processed or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.

5. Pricing & Product Changes

Subscription pricing is locked in at the time of subscription, unless otherwise stated. If we make changes to subscription pricing or product formulation, we will provide reasonable notice where required. Product availability may vary in rare cases. A subscription may be paused if a product is unavailable.

6. Shipping

Subscription orders are shipped according to our standard shipping timelines and policies, which can be found on our Shipping page. Delivery dates are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, public holidays, or other factors beyond our control.

7. Returns & Refunds

Subscription orders are not eligible for return or refund unless faulty or required under New Zealand consumer law. If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us promptly so we can assist. This does not affect your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

8. Customer Responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring:

  • Your account information is accurate and up to date
  • Changes are made before billing cut-off times

Fur Love is not responsible for missed deliveries due to incorrect or outdated details.

9. Changes to Subscription Terms

We may update these Subscription Terms from time to time. Any changes will apply to future subscription orders and will be published on our website.
